Pre-cueing without spitter or DJ connect using a midi controller?

question… i have a Griffin DJ connect, but lost the lightening cable. My attempts to assemble a replacement with adapters and cables has failed.

my question really is, do any of the midi controllers that can be used with djay2/pro have the ability to offer a second sound output for pre-cueing?

This is with an iPad… If was was using the laptop, i have several options available to me.

Hey Jesse Gearhart,

a lot of the supported controllers come with a second soundcard and can be used for pre cueing.
