I have DJ PRO and Serato loaded on my new macbook pro. I have a Pioneer DDJ-SR and when I use Serato I can pre-cue using my headphones into the mixer. When I use DJAY PRO the pre-cue does not work. Any thoughts?

thank you very much for contacting us!Please be sure after plugging in the controller to activate Pre-Cueing in the settings.
I just tried reproduced your problem without any success. Please also try out the two “cue buttons” on top of the line faders.
