Precue doesn't work in Hercules DJ Impulse 500

My Hercules Inpulse 300 dead and I bought a Inpulse 500. All work good but when I push precue button (deck 1 or 2) i can’t hear the track.

I push master button and I hear the music, but with the precue button i can’t hear. The button have light when I push this. I think this is a mapping problem. I reviewed this but don’t view anything…

I have a gig this weekend…

1. How are these knobs set on your controller?

2. Check the pre-cue settings in the software. With some controllers, the software pre-cue settings operate independently from the hardware knobs.

Hercules 500 works fine. That was my forst controller back in 2019/2020 - i had no issues using it with djay pro at the time. Check sertings (or reset devices settings to default
