Asus g18 gaming laptop 3 weeks old
All softwares/firmware upto date as is djay pro
Problems
Decks 3/4 not working
Pads on roll dont work
Rexording mix hit and miss
Sound quality really low compared to standalone
When first installed plugged in the crossfader worked, now it doesn’t
Finding it difficult to believe this has been mapped
The beatgrids are fantastic
Do you have a set of setup instructions to get this working as it should as clearly not setting up properly on launch

Hi @Smiggylad, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing these issues.
- Please note the Prime 4+ is an Internal Mixer Mode ONLY device - this is not an optional setting. With your Prime 4+ connected to your laptop, please navigate to the djay Settings>Audio Devices, then scroll to the bottom and press Reset to Defaults. Then confirm the the Mixer Mode is changed to Internal.

- Please makes sure all of the switches on the front of the Prime 4+ are set to USB not Line
- After changing these settings, please retest and let me know if anything else is still not functioning as expect. If so, please record and share a new video. Thanks!
