Pro Features , restore purchases

Hi Guys, i need a little help to understand something here, its happening almost every time i turn on Djay Pro that it asks to upgrade to pro features or restore purchases, i wonder why since i have a subscription for several years now. worst part was at the last gig had a very poor wifi connection and toke forever to connect and have all the features Any explanation or work around this issue ? thank you

  1. How much time is left on your djay subscription? Is your payment method up to date and valid?
  2. Did you create an Algoriddim djay Account and are you logged in to your account on your device? Please refer to the FAQ linked below:

yes i did and i checked that im signed in , but still that happens
sometimes, i start playing and only when i want to use one of the pro
features like neural mix or other then a message would pop up saying to
upgrade or restore purchases .

Thanks for the additional info @Alexdj. Please make sure you are running the latest version of macOS and djay on your system. Reboot and test again. Thanks!
