new in the forum and happy to be here! I’ve been djing with traktor for the past 15yrs and switched to a rane one mk2 with serato recently,but was unhappy with the software (beatgridding, precuing usw.). My system specs are

got the latest version of DJay Pro 5.5.5290.0, but cannot get my rane one mk2 connected to the software: once the rane one is turned on, djay pro crashes bzw. does not respond anymore, remains on hold in the task manager, need to reboot windows. Sry for being a noob, any help is greatly appreciated!
Hi @Amacord, welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Can you please confirm that you downloaded djay from the official Microsoft Store? The version number that you shared is not an official djay version number. Please double check your version number and share a screenshot of the bottom of the djay Settings window. Thanks!

Did you download and install the latest Windows Drivers for the RANE One MKII from the official RANE website?
Are you connecting to USB A or B on the back of the RANE One? Please make sure the Input switches for Deck 1 and Deck 2 are set the the same USB port you are using.

thank you yes I have the latest rane drivers 1.0.2 installed and with your help got the problem solved: I simply switched from USB port A to B and now the controller works. Thx again for your support!
btw is there any manual or yt clip that gives me a complete deep tutorial how djay pro works with the mk2? loving the software so far, the beatgridding is second to none
