Does anyone know how to contact the company to get a refund on DJ pro software? I sent two emails through the website and never got a confirmation back.
The company will not answer you… they have NO support at all.
If you purchased through iTunes, you can get your money back.
You’ll see below they did respond but I’m not happy with the response

Also like djmagicmoments said, if you want to initiate a refund of your djay pro software and you bought the software via the Apple App Store please contact the Apple App Store Support, even though I am sure that we can help you if you are facing a problem.
