Hey as mentioned, i did test with not one but two other platforms, MacOS and iOS, and sound is not a problem, hence its likely a software issue.
Do you have any ETA for when will your engineers look at it?

Hi @Tom_Kotecki, thanks for the follow up. The engineering team has already investigated this and was not able to reproduce your issue with extensive testing. They contacted Reloop 3 weeks ago to see if they could reproduce the issue and provide any solutions. They have also followed up with them several times, but we still don’t have any solutions from Reloop. Without being able to reproduce your specific issue, it’s very difficult to provide a solution.
Hi Tom,
Have you tried different cables?
I had an issue with my Buddy not working properly and swapped a few cables and now it works
Thanks for the suggestion @maurizio_T. I did recommend that a couple of times early on in this thread.
Hi @Tom_Kotecki, sorry for the delayed reply on this one. Unfortunately, our engineering team hasn’t been able to get very far with Reloop on this issue. Did you have any luck working with Reloop Service directly?
Hello! It’s been more than 10 days since my last reply. I’m going to consider this topic completed for now so I can focus on others. However, please feel free to respond and we can definitely revisit this. Thanks!
