Is this on Apple? You can do it via the App Store can’t you? Or at least by googling how to get a refund from the Apple App Store.

Hi @Aerol_Viernes, welcome to the Community! Please note that all refunds and billing related issues are handled via the official app stores. If you are on Android, you can get a refund through the Google Play Store:
