Spin 2 headphones and master output not working

I’ve just upgraded DJay to the latest version, as prompted when I opened the software. After this update, no audio comes out of either the headphones or the master output, only from my MacBook’s built in speakers. Why is this happening?? This is utterly ridiculous! How am I supposed to use this equipment without being able to use any of the audio outputs just because of a software update???

Hi Neill,

Please open “Preferences” from the “djay” menu and go to “Devices”. What is your setup here?

Correct Setup:

  • Main Output: Spin ch 1-2
  • Pre-cueing: Spin ch 3-4
