Spotify session not available no internet

This problem has reared its ugly head again - please help !! I can’t load tracks from Spotify through djay2 all ought both apps seem to work independently - I see it’s an old issue but I’ve never seen it before - I have 3 devices with the same issue

I’m still seeing this issue. I have the latest versions of the app and iOS. I’m on a 6s. Gig tonight pls help.

Hi there. I having the same problem. I am not able to load tracks. It said the session is not available. No internet connection. My internet is working fine and I have the latest version 2.8.4. I’m running on iOS 9.3.5. Please help! I have an event tonight.

Never mind, I’ve figured it out.

Hi Elm farm,

please update to the latest version of djay 2 and/or djay Pro for iOS.
If this is not helping please contact us right away.

Same problem here. No response from Spotify in Djay Pro.
The app Spotify itself works perfectly though.
