Spotify tracks froze!

Hi,

Did a gig last night using Spotify, Vers 4.2.0.1025 and Algoriddim DJay Vers. 2.7.11 software and some tracks just stopped, it was awful and everyone notices, why does this happen? Also some tracks took an age to open, really put me on edge and spoilt my whole experience of dj’ing with this set up.

Had full internet connection so very disappointed, any ideas folks?

were you using it on your phone or laptop? i’ve been trying to see if its possible to use it on my phone but have the spotify connect to the laptop like with the regular spotify app
