STEMs Slip Mode

I’d really love to have a feature like “slip stems mode.”

This is a MUST!! :folded_hands:t2:

Thanks for the suggestion @Polyura. I’ll share this with our devs for consideration.

This is a key innovation of serato on the hercules T10

Ir can be done today on the rane performer/four by stem split mode, and then applying slip on one deck only

However this feature is much more convenient

And it advances that, by allowing slip to still run a bit for “x” beats after scratching ends

(today, normal slip returns immediately)

This is currently a Serato/Hercules T10 only feature as far as I know. Thanks for the additional input @dj_estrela

I’ve done the manually by duplicating a track and turning off instrumental, leaving vocals and turning on slip mode and also turning off vocals on the original track. Still not as good as what it looked like in the t10 demo.

Oh yeah i deff want this on djay, voted!

Nice one @eyeseeyou01!

Actually I think in your reloop ready mapping you creating some custom midi mapping magic to automate this type of mixing setup.

I did yeah

We need this like NOW and I have no doubt Algoriddim will deliver. It’s so nice to work with software that continuously improves its offerings by actually listening to their users and what they want. Novelty, lol. But that’s why I’ll keep subscribing. Lets countdown the days til we see this feature implemented. Don’t let us down Algoriddim…I’d love to continue my bragging rights about you all and the software general.

Thanks for the positive feedback @Reign712

Yeah, I think it’ll be soon.) This forum is unique in that the developers here really listen to our problems and suggestions! Thanks for your promptness and quick responses.

You’re very welcome @Polyura

This is a huge feature upgrade for on the fly fun. Simple to add to midi controller/internal mode rigs but seems like it’ll be a challenge to implement on external mixing setups = will have to on/off route not selected STEMS post fader etc…
