Tempo range FLX10

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to use djay Pro with my Pioneer DDJ-FLX10, and I’ve noticed a difference in how the Tempo Reset button behaves compared to rekordbox.

In rekordbox, I could:

  1. Move the tempo slider to a new position.
  2. Press the Tempo Reset button to return to the track’s original tempo.
  3. Then press the Tempo Reset button again (which turns off the light), allowing the new slider position to set the tempo.

However, in djay Pro, when I press the Tempo Reset button, it resets the tempo but doesn’t let me press it again to turn it off and apply the new slider position.

Has anyone else run into this or found a workaround?

Appreciate any help — thanks!

Hi @Ashaba, this is expected behaviour when using Tempo Reset on the FLX10 with djay. It doesn’t behave exactly the same as when used with Rekordbox. I hope that helps!

Copy. So basically there is no work around for it?

That’s is correct @Ashaba
