This Customer Support is TERRIBLE.

How do I get the “Algoriddim employees” to respond to a support question? I’ve posted to the forum, written e-mails, no one has EVER responded to me. I have to say that based on my experience, Algoriddim’s customer support is absolutely terrible.

Joey, I agree. They are either very responses or they are gone for weeks at a time.

It is VERY frustrating. But, they really don’t care. They continue to do what they want, no matter how frustrated their customers are.
