YOUR QUESTION:
Hello, since the last update I can no longer load my own videos into the two visual effects screens (regardless of the music tracks loaded from the music app). Is there a solution for this?

Hello again, since the last update I can no longer load my own videos into the two visual effects screens (regardless of the music tracks loaded from the music app).
I can save my own video to the queue, but when I activate it, it ends up at the top where the music should be, and not at the bottom in the two screens. Is there a solution for this?
Thanks for the additional info @derEndre. We were able to reproduce this and are investigating further. I will share more news when I have it. Thanks!
EDIT: I’ve created an official support ticket for you so we can track this with other existing support tickets. I will let our official support team take over from here to reduce duplication of reporting and work. However, I will keep this topic open for other users that experience the same issue. Thanks!
I have the same issue on iOS too.
Can’t load my own videos into the visualizer windows. The stock videos that come with the app work but NONE of my own can be added. The videos can be loaded as a video track to play, but not as a visual for a track that has no video.
Doesn’t matter the length of the video, if it has audio or not and the same issue is happening on two iPhones, both 16 Pro Max, both on the latest app version and all updated on the current iOS.
Hi @derEndre and @PaulH, our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on a fix which should be included in an upcoming update (likely 5.6.3). Thanks!
