Having used a tablet version for a long time, I paid for, and downloaded Djay Pro App from the Microsoft Store for my laptop. The reason being I have a large portable HDD with music on which I cannot plug into my tablet. It installed fine, but when I click the icon , after the logo comes up it then takes me back to desktop. I am running win 10 with plenty of RAM and space. I have emailed support but nothing more. wanted to use the laptop for a new years eve party so short on time. Any suggestions?
