Windows DjayPro Client constantly forgetting PRO features

2024 iPad Air: current iOS
Current version of djay
DDJ FLX 4 with current firmware

I am experiencing that the windows client doesn’t recognize that I bought PRO on the iOS App. Every restart it says that I have no Pro Version. After logging out and logging in again everything is fine and I can reconnect Apple Music. After I restart the windows app everything is reset again…

I am using a Djay Account and using it for both platforms iOS and Windows. After logging in on Windows the Pro status ist visible. But after restarting Djay Programm it forgets the Pro Status whilst still logged in the same account.

  1. Can you please provide more details about your Windows setup (OS version, actual djay version number, hardware details, etc.)?
  2. Did you download djay from the Official Microsoft Store?

Hi again @T0kEn, are you running any antivirus software, such as

  • Norton / Symantec
  • McAfee
  • Avast / AVG
  • Bitdefender
  • Kaspersky

Please also check the Controlled Folder Access feature in Windows, which can block apps from writing to protected folders.

Go to: Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Controlled folder access → Allow an app through and add djay. Thanks!
