Welcome to… well, me!

My name is Marc, I’m from Germany, and I’ve been in with music ever since I can remember… when I was in kindergarten (3 or 4 yrs old), I got on everybody’s nerves because I’d heard a song on the radio - in the end, my mum called my uncle (he’s a pro musician), and I sang the meoldy to him over the phone… he recognised the song & told my mum: Thus, I got my 1st music record in kindergarten, while everybody else there was listening to children’s audioplays…

I’ve been playing electric guitar since I was 6, and for roughly 20 yrs., I’ve been playing gigs with bands, for our local Musical theater, etc.

My second love next to the guitar though, is electronic music. About two yrs. ago, I finally took the plunge & got me a controller… I do DJ, however I seem to tackle this job more like “producing on the fly”: What started with 4 decks, has by now become a small synth setup, a drum-machine, and ofc my decks. Admittedly, I’m still searching for “my style”, and yet I’m learning that I do not HAVE to cram 20 songs into 10min.-mixes…

I think that us people here, we are actually pursuing something great: We make music because it’s fun for us… while, at the same time, we may potentially gift our audience a good time, great memories, and sometimes (yea, I’m a rave-hippie​:yum: - a proud one!), we create moments of unity, with all of us being on the same beat…
