After update to Djay pro 1.1 , the split cable can’t hear pre cueing track!
Same problem here. I had to load the songs to the inactive deck in order to precue. That is probably the feature I like the most about this software. Please help.
By the way, also using MacBook Pro 2013
OS X Yosemite 10.10.3
Yes, it is the Griffin DJ Cable
The splitter cable works on my iPad, with the day app.
I can precue on the inactive deck but not from the playlist.
Do you think uninstalling and reinstalling might work?
Thanks
Tried uninstalling and installing but no luck. When i don’t split the the signal I can have both decks and the pre cue in the playlist with sound. When I split the signal there is no way I can get to pre cue from the playlists.
Adrian, any chance I can go back to the previous version? It was working great for me. While I love the new features I can live without them until we figure this one out. Please advise.
Thanks
That shouldn’t be the case. Which Mac models are you guys using?
Just to make sure: “Split Output” is enabled at “Preferences” > “Devices”, right?
I’m sorry, guys, we couldn’t reproduce any problem with the Splitter Cable.
First off:
- Which OS does your devices run?
- Do you use the Griffin DJ Cable?
Now, please check again the following:
- Your Splitter Cable runs on other devices, e.g. an iPad
When opening the Pre-Cueing settings (by selecting the headphones icon at the upper bar): - The Pre-Cueing volume is raised up
- The Cue-Mix proportion is (fully) turned to Cue
I have a same problem !!! -_-
OS X Yosemite 10.10.3
Djay 1.1
It’s the Griffin DJ Cable !
The splitter cable works on my iPad, with the day app.
I can precue on the inactive deck but not from the playlist.
Precue from the playlist is the only reason a have pay this app -_-
Please remedy rapidly !!
I’m having this problem too. It’s a feature I use a lot - it’s hard to do anything without it!!
MacBook Pro. It’s only been happening since the updated the app last week.
And yes split output is enabled
^^ Exactly this for me too.
Hadn’t thought of uninstalling. I might give this a try later.
