Ableton link not working

Hi all, I am using Mac book air, I pad pro , reloop ready and an external mixer connected to main speakers. Ableton link does indicate connected to app. But it’s not working. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Which app are you connecting to (from DJay Pro)?

Please expand on “not working”. What exactly is the issue?

I want to connect djay pro and also Remixlive.

It does not sync or read each other on two separate devices Mac book air and I pad pro
