About the Match Function

Greetings.

Regarding the match function, I’m experiencing the following issue:

The function is supposed to detect the active and playing disc and then suggest songs based on the details of the currently playing track. However, it’s not showing any.

If you look closely at the video, you can see that I’ve moved the crossfader to both sides, and similar songs aren’t displayed in either direction.

What could be causing this?

I’m using Windows 11 and have the latest version of Djay

Version of djay (ex. 5.1.3):
Hardware/controllers used (ex. Reloop Ready):
Hardware Firmware Version:

  1. What source are you using for the 2 songs that you have on Deck 1 and Deck 2?
  2. If you are using Local Music, what file format and where are they stored?
  3. If you change the Match from “Active Deck” to “Custom” and drag and drop the same song into the Match Panel, do you get any matches?
