I have bought the app but I can’t access the music I have on a usb thumb drive.
Without this feature it is basically useless for anything more than very short sets and certainly not as a backup for a DJ (which is why I bought it)

yea same here. I cannot access the external sd card with all my music on it. I can see it in the chromebook and it all plays. But I see no where to access anything external through djay. Please advise. Otherwise it is useless. Thanks.
Can I please request a refund on this until this issue is fixed? Otherwise I cannot use it at all. Once it’s fixed I have no problem paying for it. Please advise. Thanks!
This is actually a two-fold issue. There is known issues with Google Play Store apps on a chrome OS not having access to any external drives like SD or USB.

Plus it needs to be fixed on the app side too as far as I understand. But basically using a chromebook to DJ is not really possible until this is fixed.
I think it’s the same issue, no? Android and external sd/usb cards. If not, I apologize and can move to another thread. Didn’t mean to hijack.
Lukas sent me an email asking for the order number to give me a refund on 5/22 because the app doesn’t work with my sd card. I responded back to him FOUR times now and nothing. No response. No notification. No refund. Nothing. Are you there Lukas? Please advise that you either a) didn’t get my email or b) are totally ignoring me.

Hey there support can you put your answers here if you have solved this problen as I still can’t play any music from an external drive on my Android device and this makes it less a useful DJ software to more of a plaything as I can’t have anywhere near enough music on my tablet to play a decent mixed music set.
I’m not using a Chromebook, I’m using a Google Pixel C. A full fledged Android 8.1 tablet.
