Can I possibly get my current, non-cancelled djay subscription moved onto a new account,(because what I have done is deleted the djay app on my Windows laptop and then reinstalled it and made a new account, but now want to move my subscription onto my new account and no longer have it on my old one. Is this possible? 
Hi @Oliver_Regan, you should be able to log into djay on your new laptop using your previous account details and access your existing subscription. No need to make a new account.
