Add latency to audio devices settings

Hello i am using djay app with iphone on ios 18 to practice djing. I am using dj controller with audio interface so i can set separate output for Main and Pre-Cue. I connect my Bluetooth speaker and Headphones with 3.5 jack cable to controller. The problem that most Bluetooth speakers have a ~200ms latency, and headphones connected directly to 3.5 jack dont have latency. It makes impossible to DJ. Can you add a new text input field to Settings > Audio Devices > Pre-Cueing, where i can add a number in milliseconds? So headphones will have same delay with speakers.

Hi @dowacir704, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the suggestion - I’ll share this with our devs for consideration. In the meantime, I recommend you get a Bluetooth speaker that doesn’t have latency via the 3.5mm stereo jack wired connection. For a portable setup, I personally use the Minirig 4 and Minirig Sub. For something a bit larger, I’ve have good success with the JBL Partybox series. I’ve use both of these with a wired connection and experience no obvious latency. I hope that helps!

I’d love this too (just voted for it).

While my main audio runs out of the back of the controller, my headphones are plugged in to the front headphone socket.

I’ve tried a whole bunch of different brands of “3.5mm > Bluetooth” transmitters, trying to cut the cord to the headphones, but they all have some latency

Thanks for the additional feedback @TheSouthernDJ
