Add Neural Mix Memory to new saved loops

Requesting ability to save stem layer solo/mute info with loops to hot cues ie. save vocal or drum loops to hot cues.

Hell yeah great minds think alike also being able to save these stem loops to custom looper packs, making the looper mode actually useful, would be the most next level

It would be nice to able to save loop with a stem effect applied, like instrumental or accapella and be able to play anytime.
