Add Qobuz as Streaming Source

For a variety of reasons many folks are moving away from Apple Music and Spotify. Most notably, these 2 services pay artists at a low rate per play.

Qobuz is newish to the music streaming space but has a lot of momentum. I would love to have Qobuz as a streaming library option. It offers hi-fidelity tracks, rich editorial and listener experience, and a very large library.
