What an absolute disappointment. When I bought the product Djay Pro 2 I guess it was a bad assumption that the product with said name was the same across every platform. The description should absolutely make it clear that it does not support video playback like it does on apples platforms.
Since I can’t get a refund, I guess my one star review on the Microsoft store will reflect accordingly.

Please note that while we’re aiming for future parity, the djay apps on different platforms (e.g., Windows, iOS) are developed individually and therefore offer different features. We aim to be transparent about what’s offered in each version of djay on our website, where you can take a look at the different djay versions and what they offer: DJ Apps | Algoriddim.
If you’d like to request a refund, please do so directly via the Microsoft Store, as they handle all sales and payment-related issues.
And lastly, I’ll add your feedback to our internal request list to add video mode to djay for Windows, and keep this thread updated with any developments. If others would like to see this as well, please add your comments and/or votes to this thread.
Hi, Yes I would also like to see this. Cannot understand why it is not included. Also when looking at the Beta version of AI for Windows, again it is not included… disappointment indeed.
Yes I’m really desappointed I pay for a pro version and some features not working also video nothing. So I gonna cancel the subscription and of course I will lose the payment what a bollocks.

Hello! The video mix function does not appear on windows 11. I am logged in with the account on the iPhone 6. On the iPhone, I have the function down next to the music files.

It’s not the only thing missing from the Windows version.
A common complaint about Algoriddim. I don’t think they like Windows.

Why should it be necessary to vote? So much for “aiming for future parity” three years ago. 
Thanks for the feedback @PKtheDJ. We get a LOT of user suggestions here and have a small team. Voting is one of the tools that helps the dev team to prioritize things. Hopefully that makes sense.
Hi, I found a closed topic about this question, but no more news about it! I have seen video’s from people who shows the feature of using video’s (tidal) in the Djay App for Mac, I am a Windows user and I would like to have this feature also. Is there already any news availble when this feature can be expected in the Windows App? I hope it will come as I don’t have plans to go to Apple! Many thanks for a quick respons/update.
