Can I add a mp3/wav/flac file in Djay for iPhone via iTunes File Sharing? I can add the songs but can’t see and play them. I don’t want to sync music through iTunes.

The iTunes File Sharing section is only for exporting recordings or for importing sample files.
If you wish to play a song in djay, then you should sync it via iTunes.
