Thank you @jacquesnl. According to the Android User Manual on page 24/25, it should be at the bottom of the Settings>General page.
I guess the problem is in the phone/tablet layout…

Hi @jacquesnl, sorry for the delayed response. I spoke with the dev team and they confirmed that this option is not currently available on Android. The user manual is outdated. Sorry for the confusion.
Next case - the instructions show the impossible, e.g. like in Windows - try to improve it. On the sidelines, before you answer, it is worth taking a look at what system the user is running - all you need for support is virtually several operating systems, analyzing a few pages of instructions and a moment of attention, and the developers need some work - it is worth improving the instructions and not misleading users.
