Algoriddim and XDJ-RX2: how to get the right audio settings

I recently bought algoriddim icw the pioneer xdj-rx2 but I have problems with the settings to get the output through the balanced xlr and getting the cue over my headphones.
now it only works when I use the aux input from the xdj and the aux output from my macbook.

who knows how to fix this problem?

I have selected external device but i can see only ‘none’ or ‘built in output’

yes I did, I also deleted the one I had and used your link to try again, made no difference.
when I open the content map from pioneer I only see a help program wich tells me the driver version: 1.0.0

fixed it,… the driver software was blocked!! thanks for helping out :slight_smile:
