Algoriddim should give prize to first to guess new exciting feature lol

What do you guys think the new, exciting feature is? Dynamic beat grids, done. Crossfader effects, done.

The only thing I can think of is the ability to add your own loops to the sampler section making the app closer to being a whole production suite. Since those other guys did the whole drum replacement thing. DJAY PRO has always been ahead of the curve.

Or, something AI. Don’t know what that could be though.

Or, the ability to rearrange the structure of a song with the push of a button. Like jumping to the break beat after an intro automatically.

Either way, I’m excited. What do you guys think?

I would vote for stability. New features are nice, but still there are plenty things which come to mind on what can go wrong during a gig / overall usage. And that’s sad, really. You start to kinda work around potential problems. I’m also a fan of djaypro and I stick to it, but stability wise it’s still so behind it’s competitors sadly… :frowning: so i vote for the stability feature

Probably would have to agree with this as well,
I mean we do have enough features built into this great software already, Extra tricks isn’t going to make you a good or better Dj,

I would like for them to work on some of the easier suggestions that have been asked for multiple times,

Yes innovation is good, but sometimes too much of a good thing isn’t necessarily the answer

Retweet lol, it’d be amazing to have them focus exclusively on improving stability across the board.

(none of these is really new and exciting; just upgrades to what’s already there.)

  • DJ Assistant - Automix features for DJs who mix manually.
  • Smart Queue - Automix features for DJs who constantly adapt the Automix queue.
  • DJ Library - Military-grade, industrial-strength Library management

… also, delete the Crossfader FX drop-down and bring back auto-transition buttons.

Well, maybe they’re working on a partnership with Alpha Theta to create flagship devices like they do with the other software companies. That would be SUPER DOPE.

The the ability to pre program auto mix to incorporate hot cues, loops, fx etc to perform mixes for you as you would yourself or something awful like that.

I think it will be hardware related. Imagine a device, with lots of assignable buttons. Hot cues, samples, fx, not in layers but available all the time. No jog wheel, just a strip of something so you can scratch.

hmm in the insta post, they mentioned a similar milestone like from vinyl to digital… think it will an similar addition like neural mix… maybe transform a track completely mood? some thing to change easyly a base drum of a track?

I’d love to be able to right click a track in the library with options, like delete.

My top three guesses I posted under the mojaxx thread are:

  1. Twitch licensed tracks search filter for tidal and other streaming apps, or entire library.

  2. DJ studio style daw that recorded sessions could be edited in, which would include all effects, key info, stem adjustments, etc.

  3. Realtime Stem sampler that would save recordings as loops to loop packs that could be easily organized and edited.
