The djay deck does not appear on the CDJ-3000X source selection screen.
Please support the CDJ-3000X with djay pro.

Of course I do this.
But djay decks never appeared.

Seems as though CDJ-3000X is not listed as compatible hardware yet.
I have a gig in a few hours using 3000x’s I’ll let you know if I have the same problem
I had the same issue as you @Akifumi_Konishi
Looks like Djay Pro compatibility with CDJ 3000 took about 8 months so still have a while to go
8 months is a very long time.
The equipment at the club where I mainly perform has changed from CDJ-3000 to CDJ-3000X, so it looks like things will continue to be tough for me as I use djay pro.
This hardware is now supported with the latest djay 5.5 release:
- Added native plug-and-play support for CDJ-3000X and XDJ-1000MK2 (macOS, Windows), and DDJ-XP1
- CDJ-3000X (requires updated firmware): full native integration with deck control, waveform display, and track browsing (macOS, Windows)
