New to the forum and the software, hoping to get a bit of help with an error I’m getting whilst trying to load local music (MP3 purchased from Beatport, has been analysed in Denon Engine Desktop) in djay 5 on Android.
Files are in the Music folder in Android and playlisted in YouTube Music, but on loading I get the following error message:
“Could not load track. Error initializing file”
The cover art displays, but the audio file does not load whatsoever. Using a Nokia T20 with a UNISOC T610 and the free/trial version of djay 5 from the Play store. Music from the djay library plays fine, it’s just the local files that won’t.
Any help would be appreciated, as I’m interested in the cross platform nature of the software and subscription, but it’s a non-starter at the moment with this error.
