Hi @Larry_Coiverakis, this audio configuration is not supported. I recommend that you either use a DJ Headphone Splitter Cable or support DJ Controller to enable headphone pre-cueing.
I hope that helps!
I also asked Djay to add this feature. I use DJAY Pro and Pioneer DDJ-200 that does not have any audio card so I need to rely only on my smartphone. Playing at parties with my setup is very common, main output is via Bluetooth to the speakers, pre-cueing should be done using usb-c/headphone jack but it is not possible at the moment.
I hope they’ll add this feature.
Hi @Luca_Don87, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the input. Unfortunately, this is currently an Android limitation and beyond our control to change.
Ok. Can you suggest a possible solution? I was thinking about buying an external audio card to use with the smartphone and DDJ-200, might it work?
Personally, I wouldn’t recommend Bluetooth speakers for DJing due to the latency. IMO I think you would be better off with a controller with a built-in sound card like the FLX2, FLX4 or Reloop Buddy. Then connect to your speaker and headphones to the controller with wired connections. This will be much simpler and more reliable that trying to incorporate an external soundcard with your existing controller.
