Android Phone Bluetooth audio output issue with FLX4

Hello,

I’m logged into my DJay Pro account. My phone (S23 Ultra) is connected to my FLX-4 via bluetooth. When I move the faders on the FLX-4 the move on my phone. I’m only getting sound from my phone. What do I need to do to have the sound come out the controller and to my powered speakers?

TIA

Anthony

Hi there. On the back of your flx 4 there is a usb c for laptops, phones etc. Using a usb c cable plug your phone into it and that should work.

Hi @AItheDJakaMT, please note, per the FLX4 user manual, when connecting via Bluetooth audio output is only supported on the mobile device.

If you want to output audio from the FLX4, you need to connect it via USB cable as @Dysfunk_DJ suggested. Make sure you connect your mobile device to the USB-C port marked for Laptop/Mobile devices. Also, make sure you connect a DC 9V 3A charger to the other USB-C port. I hope that helps!
