djay for Meta Quest is available on the Meta Horizon Store for $19.99 and is compatible with Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest 3, and Meta Quest 3S.
Is the Quest application bundled with the “DJay Pro” license?
“The PRO subscription allows you to use djay across Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad, Android, and Vision Pro.” Does that count the Quest as an android or is a separate license required?
Lol, I refunded my purchase of the Quest app immediately when I saw that on your home page, cuz if it’s covered, I’m gonna get the Pro license instead.
Hi @DanderB, djay for Quest is a separate one time purchase on the Meta store for $19.99US. It is not part of the cross platform djay Pro subscription.
Is this the the announcement Algoriddim has been teasing us with? Rather disappointing for the average user of the software i imagine… but it got some potential down the road i guess.
Please focus on getting us more controller support, Soundswitch or other dmx integration and easier sync of music across platforms and devices.
Hey, I’m wondering about accessibility for those of us that have sight issues/blind?
Algoriddim have been outstanding in their efforts so far with regards to making the core software accessible on Mac and IOS.
I’m aware that Apple have done a lot of heavy lifting in that regard as they have a screen reader built into the operating system and I’m not sure if Meta have that in the Quest or not.
Any info on this side of things would be great. Cheers…
Okey I will take that update like a good indication but. I don’t think so your are looking in right direction. My opinion is like long time user we need some improvements like resizing the app like (Luma Fusion), remote control like (Filmic pro remote), more options for customisation playlists, change UI experience, ability to record and use some parts from song to used in sampler and pads for more creativity like this function in AlfaTheta GRV6.
