A new version of djay for Meta Quest has been released! View the changes below.

GENERAL

• Added plug-and-play USB integration for the all-new AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2 controller
• Improved music streaming service integrations (Apple Music, TIDAL, SoundCloud, Beatport, Beatsource)
• Enhanced free music with dozens of new tracks
• Improved introductory tutorial
• Added setting for toggling Crossfader FX
• Added setting for crossfader curve type
• Added setting to lock the turntable grab handle to always ensure a fixed position during performance

FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS

• Fixed potential issue where music streaming logins might need to be re-entered upon subsequent app launches
• Fixed missing artwork when playing files from local storage
• Fixed sound issues when using Bluetooth headphones
• Fixed changes to quantize cue points not being saved

MIDI / DJ CONTROLLER IMPROVEMENTS

• Improved DJ controller cutout in virtual environments
• Added possibility to turn off sync when using DJ controllers
• Fixed potential sound issues with DJ controllers on Quest 2
• Fixed potential sound issues when unplugging a DJ controller
• Fixed scratch delay with Reloop Buddy when routing audio through audio interface

Already using djay on Quest and it is amazing. I dont know what you guys did, but the hand tracking is flawless on the app. It is really possible to mix an entire dj set.

I would love if the app could output an NDI video stream, POV, for uncluttered audience feedback on the dj performance. The UI is super sleek and would be a blast on a huge LED screen.

Is there an actual sync button? I don’t normally use it but I was trying to go live on Facebook and when you press the cue button and put your hand to your ear it comes through the sound on the Facebook live
