We’re excited to announce the release of djay Pro AI, our newest DJ software that has been rebuilt from the ground up using the Apple Neural Engine on Mac. Incorporating the power of Apple’s M1 chip, djay Pro AI now introduces groundbreaking Neural Mix™ technology to djay users on Mac.
With Neural Mix, you are able to isolate beats, instruments, and vocals of any track in real time, redefining the boundaries of creative mixing. Newly introduced in djay Pro AI for Mac is the possibility to crossfade between individual components of two songs independently, allowing DJs to swap drums, basslines, and vocals of any two tracks or to perform a transition component by component. Audio effects can also be applied to individual components of music, such as an echo effect on only the vocals or a reverb on the bassline. Users can even loop the beat while the melody of the same track continues playing. The creative possibilities are endless!
In addition, our team has been working hard to bring many of the features in high demand from our community into the app. Features like the Isolator EQ, Looper integration, support for Open Key format, bar count in waveforms, and the ability to hide unused music sources in the music library are just a few of the new additions in djay Pro AI.
The app is available as a free download on the Mac App Store, and the optional Pro subscription allows you to use all features of djay Pro AI across your Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices.
