Really like my Impulse 500 but the jogwheels are proving a pain to harness.
The device and Djay can’t seem to distinguish between pitch bend and scratch very well which causes either very sticky and eratic movement or no movement at all until a hand is released then re-applied.
Not an issue with controller as the Djuced software behaves as it should.
Problem occurs on mac and ios running latest versions of Djay Pro.
I have messed around with just about every midi command adjustment possible but the problem seems to be djay randonmly recognizing scratch as pitch bend which is proving impossible to overcome, even by changing the scratch midi command to pitch bend
Solutions, workarounds or a simple that’s just the way it is anyone?
On mine it’s normal, the only thing is that the button to activate vinyl mode is the other way around, in the midi configuration.
Thanks.
I’ll give that a go and see what happens
