@Carla_Spence please be patient. Not all regional App Stores update at the same time. Please keep checking back there.
Thank you and I am trying but I am at a point where it crashes constantly now. I’ve never had any issues before. I will keep an eye out for the update.

@Carla_Spence please make sure your device is not using a VPN. Double check you internet connection. Try logging out of your Apple ID on your device the performing a Forced Restart of your iPad to see if the update shows up in the App Store. If that doesn’t work, you could try deleting the App Store app and reinstalling it.
Yes I downloaded the update and it worked fine after it.

When you you go to Settings/Advanced/Neural Mix is it at 80% or 100%?
