Thanks for confirming. Can you please try logging in with the same Apple ID in a browser at https://music.apple.com on a Mac or PC and check: Does that work? After login do you see a banner at the bottom saying “Get over 100 million songs free for 1 month” or similar? When you click on your account icon in the top-right corner and select “Settings”, scroll to the bottom where it says “Subscriptions” – what does it say here? Thanks for your help!
