Hi! I’m using DJPRO with a MacBook Air M1. My Apple Music playlist only shows 100 songs, when it has more than 200. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the account, but nothing changed.
On my iPhone 16 Pro Max it works perfect.

What can I do?

Hi @jonlions, thanks for the details about your setup and the issue - this is very helpful! We do load playlist contents in pages of 100 tracks at a time. So it seems that the subsequent page loads are failing after the first page. Is this happening just for one particular playlist or is it all playlists that have more than a 100 tracks? Do they see any error messages? We tried it on our systems and it is loading normally on Mac for playlists that have more than 100 tracks.

Hello, it happens for all the Apple Music playlists with more than 100 tracks. On iPhone it works perfectly. What should I do?

Thank you

Okay, thanks for the additional info @jonlions. I’ll pass this onto engineering to see if this helps.

Hi again @jonlions, can you please share one of the Apple Music playlists that you are having issues with?

  • Open Apple Music and go to Library > Playlists.
  • Select the playlist you want to share.
  • Tap the three dots (•••) menu in the top-right corner.
  • Select Share Playlist.
  • Copy the link and share it here or send it to me in a DM if you prefer.
