Right now, the song name and the song itself are correct, but the cover is wrong. Whatever the issue is, it’s happening in the saved music section, and it’s really frustrating.
Thanks again @Farshad. I believe this will be helpful to the engineering team in troubleshooting the issue. Appreciated!
I’ve got the same problem. On my Mac. Not the iPhone.
Djay shows these labels
for the songs in this Apple Music playlist
Hi @Mark_Ramaekers, I’ve moved your post to a more recent topic. Our team is aware of this issue and is investigating further.
Hello,
I am having the same issue with the DJ app. On my Apple Music app, all the tracks on the playlist are fine but when I open the DJ app and go to the same playlist, some of the tracks are not named correctly.
For example: My playlist is Spanish music but one of tracks on the playlist reads as a Rap song by Nipsey Hussle. Once I play it on the turntable, it plays as the original Spanish song that should be there but displays the Nipsey Hussle track information.
My problem is not solved and I cancel my subscription, it was very good app for playing music but support is weak
Hi @Farshad, apologies, but our teams are still working with Apple to replicate and identify the source of this issue. I assure you that it is a high priority, and they’re working to solve it as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding. I’ll report back here when I have more news.
Hi,
Same problem here, the chosen song is not the original song.
I can add that my apple music library has more than 16k songs and several folders and playlists.
Don’t know if it’s important to find the bug
Yo no voy a pagar la suscripción hasta que se arregle este problema, ya tengo con ese problema hace tiempo
I’ve been experiencing this for a bit now. I am using the Apple Music integration, and for some tracks, it’ll tell me it’s one song, but plays a completely different one.
M1 MacBook Pro
Sonoma 14.3
Djay 5.2.5
DDJ FLX4
I am not sure how one could reproduce this issue; however, I have noticed that this seems to happen with tracks deleted from the Apple Music Playlist, but were in there at one point. They’re almost like “ghost” tracks; sometimes they appear in djay in the playlist they used to be in, and when loaded, djay plays the audio from a different track that is still in the playlist.
I have a video of this occurring with two tracks:
Atom Dance by björk plays AS Crust by Amnesia Scanner
Auld Lang Synewave by Michael Mayer plays AS Angels Rig Hook by Amnesia Scanner
I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue; a cursory search showed no results.
I was just about to point to this thread, but Slak Jaw moved the post!
Hi @c20c20, please use search before creating new topics. I have merged your new topic with this existing one. This is a know issue with Apple Music Streaming. We are working closely with Apple to address it as soon as possible. I will report back here when I have more news. Thanks!
I am having the same exact issue with Apple Music. I am replying here so that I can be alerted if a remedy is shared in this forum.
I to am having this issue, really hoping this gets fixed.
Thank you. I don’t always know which keywords to search before creating an issue; I did do a search beforehand but I used different keywords, so nothing related to this came up. My apologies.
also if the song that’s playing is longer than the mixed up song it will stop suddenly at the end of the song that the app thinks is playing
e.g. if I play a 7min song titled as a 4min song it will stop playing once it reaches 4 min
Has there been any update to this??? Would really like to use my mixer properly.
Hi everyone, Apple has informed us that they have identified the issue and are working on a fix. I’ll report back here when we’ve been informed that the fix has been implemented. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
