Audio distorted with 2 controllers

Summary of the issue:

After updating to Djay Pro AI 5.2.4 all audio is distorted regardless of the audio source (local files, Soubdcloud Go+ and Tidal Hifi DJ) or the audio device (built-in audio card, or external USB audio interface). I have been using 2 older controllers I love The Vestax VCI-100 and Typhoon.
The sound will often start out ok and then sounds garbled no matter what settings for gain etc.

*No audio issues are experienced when playing the same audio files/sources on any of my audio devices using Mixx or Serato Virtual Dj etc. Im about to blow a fuse. Ive swapped cables amps speakers etc. How can I roll back to ode version??

Thank you for sharing this issue with us, and I apologize for the unexpected behavior you experienced.

We have not been able to recreate the same issue you are currently having and have a few questions to ask.

  1. Did you update from djay v5.2.4 from v5.2.3, or did you update to the newest version from a much older version of the app?
  2. Do you have any other apps running in the background when using djay?
  3. Is all audio coming from djay distorted, or is it specific to a certain feature, like when Neural Mix is enabled?
  4. Is this issue easily reproducible for you? If so, we would greatly appreciate a video recording of this issue in action.
