My ddj 400 controller arrived today and when I plugged it into my iPad, everything seemed to be going well, but then I noticed the only Audio Fx that seem to be working are from the sugar bytes slice and juggle pack.
All of the others, including the Essentials, dont work. Even if I try to cue them manually on my ipad, nothing seems to happen to the sound. They only work when the hardware isn‘t plugged in. Can anybody help?

What device are you currently using?
Which OS version is running on your device?
Which djay version are you using? (please open the djay settings and scroll down to determine the version number.)
Do you currently have a PRO subscription, or are you using the free version of djay?
