I’m a developer and DJ, and I’ve recently created an Audio Unit Instrument (AUMU) plugin called Ducky Scratch. It’s a fun, experimental scratch engine that responds to MIDI notes and includes LFO-based modulation and keyswitch control – designed for live performance and creative sample manipulation.
Unfortunately, djay Pro currently doesn’t support AUMU (Audio Unit Instrument) plugins – only AUFX (Audio Unit Effects) – which means I can’t use my plugin within your amazing platform.
Feature Request:
Please consider adding AUMU support in djay Pro (macOS). This would open up a lot of creative possibilities for live performers, especially those using custom or experimental instruments like mine.
If AUMU loading is already technically possible in some way (even via workaround), I’d love to hear about it too.
