  1. What version of djay are you using?
  2. Are you running the latest Numark NS7III firmware? Please share the version number.
  3. Can you please explain in more detail what exactly is happening? A short video as suggested above would really help me to troubleshoot this with you further.

the winnings move on their own, I don’t touch anything, deck 1 always goes all out

I use the controller as a sound card with only the master gain and I run djay pro.

@Thierry34 please try navigating to the djay Settings>Sound and turn Auto Gain OFF.

Also make sure that Save and Restore Manually Set Gain Values below that is turned OFF.

Does the same problem happen when the NS7 is not connected to your Mac?
