Is it possible to start autoloop (through midi) where you mark the end of the loop when pressing the control? If you are not familiar with a track that would be very nice to have. Technical and timing issues could be solved by a proper quantisation algoriddm.

Yes, you can do this through djay’s MIDI Learn feature by assigning the proper Target and Action via the controller pop-up window.

But this function marks the beginning of the loop at the position where you press? What I mean is, when you press, it marks the end of the loop. And after pressing, it immediately, after quantization, jumps back to the starting point as set by the length. This way, you can listen to what you loop in advance of pressing.
