I would like to request an AI based feature that automatically enriches and repairs metadata in a local DJ library by referencing major streaming music platforms.
Problem
Many DJ files contain incomplete or incorrect metadata, especially release year. This is common with edits, remixes, transitions, intro versions, and DJ tools. The software often sorts by the main BPM or incomplete tags, which makes high quality tracks easy to miss during live sets.
Manually fixing metadata across large libraries is time consuming and inefficient. i do get very busy with this task tho but had an idea to implement into the software.
Proposed solution
Introduce an AI metadata engine that scans a user’s library and automatically updates missing or incorrect fields using trusted streaming platform databases.

Remix and edit handling
For remixes, edits, intros, transitions, and DJ versions that do not exist exactly in streaming databases:

• Allow user approval per track or batch approval
• Display confidence score for each match
